Joel Feldberg Named President and CEO of The Global Group

TORONTO, CADADA – February 17, 2015 – The Global Group announced today that founder and CEO Saul Feldberg has appointed Joel Feldberg as President and CEO of the company effective February 10, 2015. Saul Feldberg will retain his position as Chairman.

“As Global’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Joel has led with intensity and a deep commitment to our employees, customers, and the industry,” said Saul Feldberg, on the announcement of the leadership change. “I see a seamless transition infused with a renewed and passionate vision that will build on our strengths and create growth.”

Joel Feldberg has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Global Group since 2006, but has been with the company since 2002 serving in various roles. His focus recently has been reinventing the company’s line of healthcare products.

Prior to joining The Global Group, Joel was an associate at Toronto law firm of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt, where his practice focused on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Joel has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall and is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations.
